Goals

My goals for this diet and physical trainer are:

1. To get down to a size 6.
2. To lose about 15-20 lbs
3. Get in shape and not be so tired after just going a few times up and down the stairs.
4. To look good and feel good about myself.

These are my goals and hope I stick to them.

I hope so. Bill is going to go to the gym with me tonight so that is a good motivation.
