Mother nature again. Bill was suppose to go racing this weekend and mother nature is the winner again. He just wants to go racing but you can't do that when there is snow where you are suppose to race. So I get another weekend to spend with him until the season starts.
I got that allergy shot yesterday and I am so glad I did. I didn't wake up this morning all congested it was great. I haven't had that feeling in years during allergy season. If you have allergies I highly recommend it.
I know this is short but I really don't have much to blog about its snow rainy day and I just want to go curl up by the fireplace. I will get an update posted about my gym and weight progress one of these days soon. Its all a good sign.

Tell me more about this shot - do you know what it is? Did you go to an allergy specialist or can an MD give it? Randy needs it and maybe Jack & Em, too.
I don't know the name of it. I went into this place called Midwest Urgent Center on 120th and Dodge. Its not some ritzy place not even close. I went in January when I was really sick and he asked if i had allergies. I told him yeah really bad I live on Allegra D 12 hours. He told me to come back in march or april to get the shot. I asked well is it like regular shots where you have to come back all the time. He said no that I would only have to do it once a year. So i figured what would it hurt. All i had to pay was my insurance co-pay. I can give you the phone number if you would like to call the place.
I think I will just call our regular family doctor and ask him about it. If he doesn't do it, I'll get the phone number from you for the Urgent Center. Hopefully they are on our Insurance list.
