Personal Trainer

I get to met my personal trainer, Troy in a little bit. I'm excited to do this now. He called to confirm my appointment this afternoon. Very good communication skills and professionalism a huge plus. Hopefully I will be looking good in 60 days and ready for that swim suit. My cravings haven't been that bad yet. It is still early in the day though.
